One week after the apparent suicide of a model with the famous Miles Anthony Studio, another body is found inside the studio, this one a woman carefully posed in front of a camera. The discovery of this body leads the SBI to believe the first death wasn’t a suicide after all. The bureau teams up with TREX to send someone in undercover to find the killer before he can strike again.
Little did Seattle beat cop Maxine Edwards know finding the body of a woman posed holding a bouquet of pink flowers inside a downtown business would start a chain reaction ending with her on both TREX’s and the SBI’s payroll as a dual agent. Max is positive they’ve made a mistake. She won’t be any good as a model, not when she prefers baggy sweats and ball caps to tight skirts and updos. In a moment of weakness, she has an uncharacteristic one-night stand with a man who she never expects to see again, let alone who turns out to be the photographer from the Miles Anthony Studio.
